I hope to provide insight on the social conditions today that limit the “choice” involved in abortion for poor womyn of color. From a womyn of color perspective rather then the dominant perspectives represented by the media, recent tea-party activism around planned parenthood and abortion campaigns. I am only representing my thoughts, my thought processes and opinions, I do not represent anyone but myself.

I see her shape and his hand in the vast networking of our society, and in the evils and oversights that plague our lives and laws … [in] the habit of his power and the absence of her choice. I look for her shape and his hand.
